Notes: One of the finest halls from the pre-Civil War era remaining in America, Mechanics Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1857 and restored in 1977, the building serves as Worcester’s primary concert hall because of its superb acoustical environment. Bronze uniface (90-1g) were engrave (20) EXHIBITOR (20) COMMITTEE (3) JUDGE. Silver uniface (90-1f) were for outgoing Directors. The bronze uniface (90-1g) had 50 pieces struck, but 7 were destroyed.
