Ancient Warriors: Samurai – 10 oz .999 Fine Copper Medal

Limited Mintage: 10,000

Honor. Discipline. Loyalty. The Ancient Warriors Samurai 10 oz Copper Medal pays tribute to one of history’s most recognizable warrior traditions with an impressive large-format design struck in 10 ounces of .999 fine copper.

The centerpiece features an armored Samurai warrior wielding a katana, set against a richly detailed Japanese landscape. A brilliant sunset illuminates the scene as birds cross the sky above traditional Japanese architecture, ancient trees, rocky terrain, and cascading water. Selective coloration contrasts dramatically against the metallic armor and sculpted copper details, giving the medal exceptional depth and visual presence.

The reverse features an elaborate heraldic design centered around a shield marked CU 999, surrounded by intricate floral scrollwork and ornamental engraving. The substantial 10 oz format provides ample room for the detailed artwork and gives the medal an impressive feel in hand.

With a worldwide mintage limited to just 10,000 pieces, the Samurai is a compelling addition for collectors of warrior-themed medals, Japanese history, militaria, exonumia, and large-format copper collectibles.
