Notes: The gold plated, numbered silver, and bronze were sold only in sets. All are edge numbered. Silver edge has incuse “.999 FINE SILVER.” All medals have incuse Blackinton in script on the edge. Uniface bronze medals (88-1f) were engraved COMMITTEE on the reverse. Originally 174 bronze (88-1e) were struck, 13 were destroyed. Additionally, 50 bronze uniface (88-1f) were struck, 38 destroyed.
